Qué es Enough
La maternidad es un espejo. Lo que aparece en él no siempre es fácil de mirar. Enough acompaña ese proceso: no con recetas ni protocolos, sino con presencia genuina y preguntas bien formuladas.
Cada conversación ayuda a que algo se vea con más claridad. No más tranquilidad necesariamente. Más claridad.
No minimiza, no normaliza apresuradamente. Lo que sentís es único porque te pasa a vos. Eso lo respeta antes de cualquier otra cosa.
El coach recuerda lo que trajiste la semana pasada. El patrón que emergió el mes pasado. Te trata como una persona singular, no como una usuaria genérica.
Cada semana, cinco capas de lectura sobre lo que apareció en tus conversaciones. En segunda persona. Para vos.
Cuando algo excede lo que puede ofrecer, lo dice. Y sugiere buscar acompañamiento terapéutico real. Una app honesta genera más confianza.
Cómo funciona
Una situación con tu hijo. Una culpa que no te suelta. Un cansancio que no sabés nombrar. O simplemente con ganas de pensar. No hace falta tener el tema claro.
No da cinco técnicas ni pregunta '¿y eso qué te dice de tu historia?'. Algo del medio: una pregunta que mueve sin empujar. Un contraste que abre.
No siempre sabés nombrar qué. Pero cerrás la app con algo más claro sobre tu propia posición. Eso es lo que te llevás.
El marco
La madre que se borra como sujeto para estar totalmente disponible no está ayudando a su hijo. Le está sacando algo.

Una app de consejos de crianza. No hay listas de técnicas, protocolos ni recetas para situaciones concretas. Eso ya existe en abundancia y no funciona.

Un espacio de validación. No está diseñado para que te sientas mejor con lo que ya estás haciendo. Está diseñado para que pienses. A veces eso incomoda.
No es
Terapia. No reemplaza un proceso terapéutico real y no lo pretende. Cuando corresponde, lo sugiere con honestidad.
No es
Autoayuda con barniz psicoanalítico. La diferencia: la autoayuda cierra preguntas. Enough las abre. Siempre del lado de las preguntas abiertas.
Para quién
Madres que sienten que algo no cierra pero no tienen palabras para nombrarlo.

Para acompañar a una madre a soltar a su hijo, o a mirarlo desde un lugar nuevo, esa mujer tiene que estar conectada consigo misma. Tiene que poder revisarse. Ese es el trabajo real.

Enough — Effective Date: April 7, 2026
Enough ("we," "our," or "us") is a mobile application designed to support mothers and women preparing for motherhood in reflecting on their identity, wellbeing, and experience of parenting. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Enough app (the "App") and all related services.
By creating an account and using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described herein. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We collect only the data necessary to provide the Service.

Data We Do NOT Collect
We use your data exclusively to provide, maintain, and improve the Service: to authenticate you, to personalize the AI coaching experience, to generate AI-powered responses and weekly recaps, to store your conversation history, and to improve the App based on aggregate anonymized usage patterns.
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not use your data to train AI models.
By creating an account, you explicitly consent to the collection and storage of your profile and session data, the transmission of your conversation content to Anthropic's API to generate AI responses (see Section 5), and the generation and storage of weekly AI recaps.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account (see Section 9). The App does not currently request permission to track you across other apps or websites. If this changes, we will request explicit permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.
IMPORTANT: Enough uses Anthropic's Claude AI model to power the coaching experience. When you send a message to the coach or when a weekly recap is generated, the following data is transmitted to Anthropic's servers: your conversation messages, relevant profile context, and summaries of previous sessions.
Important safeguards: your data is transmitted via a secure server-side function; API credentials are never stored on your device; we use Anthropic API configurations that do not permit your data to be used to train Anthropic's models.
Anthropic processes your data in accordance with their Privacy Policy: anthropic.com/privacy
Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database provider hosted in the United States. Security measures include: HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit, row-level security ensuring your data is only accessible by your own account, hashed passwords, encrypted session tokens stored locally on your device, and API keys stored server-side only.
While we implement industry-standard security practices, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Account and profile data is retained until account deletion. Upon account deletion, all personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless retention is required by applicable law.
We do not integrate any advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs that track users across apps, or social media SDKs. We do not share your data with data brokers.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hola@enoughmother.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
Enough is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. The App allows adult users to voluntarily enter limited information about their children (first name, approximate age, gender) for the sole purpose of personalizing coaching content — this information is provided by the adult account holder, not collected from minors.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor, contact us at hola@enoughmother.com and we will delete it promptly.
The nature of the App means you may choose to share sensitive personal information in your conversations, including details about your mental health, emotional state, family relationships, and personal history. This information is processed solely to provide the coaching service and treated with strict confidentiality.
IMPORTANT: Enough is not a mental health service, crisis intervention service, or medical service. The AI coach is not a therapist or licensed mental health professional. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact a qualified mental health professional or emergency services immediately.
The App is developed in Argentina and our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.
California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale (we do not sell your data).
EU/EEA Residents (GDPR): We process your data on the basis of contract performance, consent, and legitimate interests. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Data Used to Track You: None.
Data Linked to You: Contact Info (email address), User Content (messages, session content, reflections), Identifiers (user ID), Usage Data (app interaction and feature usage).
Data Not Linked to You: Diagnostics (crash and performance data).
Material changes will be communicated by updating the Effective Date, displaying a notice within the App, and sending an email notification if the change significantly affects how we use your data. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
