This Privacy Policy describes how Enough ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Enough mobile application for iOS and Android (the "App") and related services ("Service"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Who We Are

Enough is a mobile application designed to support mothers — and women preparing to become mothers — in personal reflection on motherhood, parenting, and their own identity as individuals. The App uses AI-powered coaching to facilitate this process.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to provide, maintain, and improve the Service: to authenticate you, to personalize the AI coaching experience, to generate AI-powered responses and weekly recaps, to transcribe your voice messages, to store your conversation history, and to improve the App based on aggregate anonymized usage patterns.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Your Consent and Choices

By creating an account, you explicitly consent to the collection and storage of your profile and session data, the transmission of your conversation content and voice recordings to our AI processors to generate AI responses and transcriptions (see Section 5), and the generation and storage of weekly AI recaps.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account (see Section 9). The App does not track you across other apps or websites. If this ever changes, we will request explicit permission first — for example, through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework on iOS, or the equivalent mechanism on Android.

5. AI-Powered Features and Third-Party Processing

IMPORTANT: Enough relies on third-party AI providers to power its core features. To deliver these features, certain data is transmitted to those providers' servers:

Important safeguards: your data is transmitted via secure server-side functions; API credentials are never stored on your device; and we use API configurations that do not permit your data to be used to train Anthropic's or OpenAI's models.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database provider, hosted in the South America (São Paulo, Brazil) region. We implement multiple layers of security to protect your information:

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Account and profile data is retained until account deletion. Upon account deletion, all personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless retention is required by applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services

We do not integrate any advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs that track users across apps, or social media SDKs. We do not share your data with data brokers.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hola@enoughmother.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy and COPPA Compliance

Enough is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. The App allows adult users to voluntarily enter limited information about their children (first name, approximate age, gender) for the sole purpose of personalizing coaching content — this information is provided by the adult account holder, not collected from minors.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor, contact us at hola@enoughmother.com and we will delete it promptly.

11. Sensitive Personal Information

The nature of the App means you may choose to share sensitive personal information in your conversations, including details about your mental health, emotional state, family relationships, and personal history. This information is processed solely to provide the coaching service and treated with strict confidentiality.

IMPORTANT: Enough is not a mental health service, crisis intervention service, or medical service. The AI coach is not a therapist or licensed mental health professional. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact a qualified mental health professional or emergency services immediately.

12. International Data Transfers

The App is developed in Argentina and our primary data storage is hosted in Brazil (Supabase, São Paulo region). In addition, some of your data is processed by our AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI), which may process data in the United States or other countries where they operate. By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in these locations.

13. Additional Regional Rights

California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale (we do not sell your data).

EU/EEA Residents (GDPR): We process your data on the basis of contract performance, consent, and legitimate interests. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

United Kingdom (UK GDPR): You have the same rights described above for EU/EEA residents. You may lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Australia (Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles): You have the right to access and correct your personal information. You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

New Zealand (Privacy Act 2020): You have the right to access and correct your personal information. You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Material changes will be communicated by updating the Effective Date, displaying a notice within the App, and sending an email notification if the change significantly affects how we use your data. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
